Shipping is free on all orders with a value over $100 within the US.
All orders totalling over $50 are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Smaller orders are sent via USPS mail.
Shipping and handling rates:
- Order value up to $50 = $4.00
- Order value $50-$100 = $7.50
- Order value over $100 = Free
- Order to Canada = $14.00
- Order to UK = $16.00
- For orders to all other countries please contact us for a shipping quote.
Returns policy:
Items bought from this website can be returned within 10 days of you receiving them, provided they have not been used and arrive back with us in pristine and resalable condition.
You must contact us by email to info@reddeliciousseattle.com before returning an item to obtain your return authorization. Items returned without an authorization will not be refunded.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping, and a 20 percent restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be made with a check mailed to you.
If an item is returned because it is faulty (determined at our discretion) you will receive a full refund.
Specially designed items cannot be returned.
