How to order

• Find the items you want in Bags and Accessories.
• Look at the page of Fabric Choices to choose what you want.
• On the item page you will see drop-down lists for Solid Colors and Patterns - click on your choice in each list. Accessories come in Patterns only, so there is just one drop-down list on those pages.
• Click the Add to Cart button.
• When you have put the last item in your shopping cart click on the Go to Checkout button.
• If this is your first time shopping this site you will be asked to provide your personal information. This will be kept confidential by Red Delicious and not shared or sold. This enables you to shop more quickly and simply when you return to the site in future.

Payment options

We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard and Paypal. During checkout you will be given the option to securely provide your credit card information or pay via Paypal. You are not required to have a Paypal account to pay via Paypal.

Order processing

When you place an order you will  be sent an email confirming the details. Once we have checked our production schedule we will send another email with the date when we expect to ship the order.

All items are made to order and we try to have them in the mail to you within two weeks of receipt of the order. At busy times, order completion can take longer and we will let you know if this is the case and a shipping date.
